If there are any police in the stadium tell them that a woman is filming children and you want the paedo to be arrested.
Make a citizens arrest.
Am sure someone on here can tell you how to borrow a child as a witness.

Too many apathetic, gutless, I'm alright jack types and outright cowardly fans following us now - fucking shame, we used to be so much better than this.

They're not Old Bill, they're security consultants.

People couldn't even muster a decent version of Bubbles on Saturday, the place is dismal.

If there's a protest for the Hull game I might come down, otherwise I am OUT until Palace.

Re: Two undercover policewomen filming West Ham fans
It's all about attitudes, Johnno. You're right people are placidly coming and going from games and venting on forums and social media, however it only takes a small group initially to get things moving.

As individual we're like a voice in the wilderness, but as an ever growing group we can make a difference.

I am free and available as are others to pally up with fellow supporters who feel aggrieved by the running of our club and challenge the board and LLDC. Others will follow if a group to band together.

Re: Two undercover policewomen filming West Ham fans
We can't even get people to protest against the cunts, nevermind going to the trouble and sending a tenner for a SAR.

People have given up completely.

When you change the thing people would fight for beyond recognition, they stop fighting for it.

That's what has happened here, people already know there is no going back, people either eventually sit down like good children and play nicely or they stop going, there won't be anywhere in between ultimately rendering any resistance pointless.

Re: Two undercover policewomen filming West Ham fans
This is an extract from the Data Protection guidance to organisations, relating to Subject Access ie what an individual is entitled to:

This right, commonly referred to as subject access, is created by section 7 of the Data Protection Act. It is most often used by individuals who want to see a copy of the information an organisation holds about them. However, the right of access goes further than this, and an individual who makes a written request and pays a fee is entitled to be:

told whether any personal data is being processed;
given a description of the personal data, the reasons it is being processed, and whether it will be given to any other organisations or people;
given a copy of the information comprising the data; and given details of the source of the data (where this is available).

An individual can also request information about the reasoning behind any automated decisions, such as a computer-generated decision to grant or deny credit, or an assessment of performance at work (except where this information is a trade secret). Other rights relating to these types of decisions are dealt with in more detail in Automated decision taking.

In most cases you must respond to a subject access request promptly and in any event within 40 calendar days of receiving it. However, some types of personal data are exempt from the right of subject access and so cannot be obtained by making a subject access request. For more information, please see Exemptions.

Pop

I would suggest that you request information from the WHL first and take it from there.

Can one object to the police about being filmed by these people?

So, presumably, this pair of munters are filming Hammers fans to fine or suspend home fans standing up? What of the away fans?

Not much point in trying to identify away fans for standing as they are one-off visitors and far more difficult to identify as you'd have to get access to the away team's ticket purchase records - that in itself would open a legal minefield.

When you buy a WHL ticket and enter the stadium you will have automatically agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions that WHL deem appropriate and necessary.

What they cant do is contravene the Data Protection Act, which regulates the storage and distribution of personal data, including images and footage. If the images and footage are being recorded by a private third party on behalf of WHL then anyone who has been filmed or photographed has the right to request details of where and how the footage is being stored, and for what purpose the footage is being stored and possibly distributed.

If hundreds of people ask for the same information then WHL will be overwhelmed, thus raising the profile of the ongoing issues.

There's a big difference between coppers filming and private security.

Coppers filming for violence etc and they are accountable to "the people". These two women are accountable only to Brady

Surely some fun could be had with this! A4 signs with 'F*** OFF BRADY' to be shown when being filmed or some songs...

You're filming our own, you're filming our own
Fuck off Brady, you're filming our own'

'Who Do You Think You Are Kidding Mrs Brady
If You Think We're On The Run?
We Are The Boys Who Will Stop Your Little Game
We Are The Boys Who Will Make You Think Again
'Cause Who Do You Think You Are Kidding Mrs Brady
If You Think Old West Ham's Done?'

Haven't been to the OS yet so dunno the scale of it all, and I'd take any excuse to have a pop at Lady Karren, but things weren't always that peachy at Upton Park.

I can't believe what the club has become. It's like supporting a different team. It's horrible, so glad I don't pay a penny towards this shambles.
Embarrassed, it's not even just the stadium anymore, it's a totally different club and I want it back. Gutted
